Kathy and Dave held their ceremony at Brucedale Chapel and their
reception at the Licorice Factory in Junee. This was my last wedding and
my first ever with a brideman ( instead of a bridesmaid ). So that was a
great way to finish off. And if you are wondering what the black stuff is the rings are on, its licorice. I thought it was fitting.

the wedding of shane and amanda
Amanda and Shane didnt stop smiling all day, they have big hearts and lots of love. There is always a bit of stress leading up to any wedding day, but on the day they just relaxed and enjoyed every minute, including watching a very pregnant photographer climb into a rather large truck to take the group photo. But i got to honk the air horn, so that was a bonus i dont usually get at a wedding!
I just managed to get this wedding in before Jade was born, I had always planned to take is easy on the day ( i had someone help me out, which i dont usually do ) but I actually went into labour the following night! The newlyweds have been sooooo patient waiting for me to edit their images.
Ceremony : St Peters Chapel
Reception : RSL Cub

the wedding of natalie and aydan
Natalie and Aydan celebrated their wedding on a warm day in March in Gundagai. The rain threatened to ruin all of our plans, but mother nature bought out the sunshine and the day went without a hitch.

the wedding of coady and andrew
Coady and Andrew celebrated their wedding with family and friends on the water at the Newport Mirage in Sydney. The day was steamy hot and the bridal party was smokin'. I stood on the roof ( yes, while pregnant! ) to get the group shot of all the guests and received a thunderous applause, and they did the best and loudest cheering of any wedding i think i have ever shot!

the wedding of amy and dean
Amy and Dean celebreated their love with a ceremony in Tumut, surrounded by family and friends. Sophie was their very special flower girl. I was so glad to be a part of Amy and Deans day, I have known Dean for years, and am so happy to see him married and in love and with a beautiful little girl.
The bridal party was hilarious and had me laughing from the first shot, and i had to laugh even more when i suggested we really needed to move this very old and very heavy tractor up the hill. The light was better!

the wedding of kara and jim

The cereomony of Kara and Jim was at Mt Erin Chapel, and their reception was at the Garden Court. The weather was pretty, the dresses gorgeous and the bridal party was fabulous!
Kara and Jim are not only fantastic people, and soooo in love, and so amazing together, they have been exremely patient waiting for me to edit their photos! So i thought i might post a couple of extra pics in their sneak peak.
And a bit of a behind the scenes moment. It totally cracks me up, because lining up in "boy girl" order is often much more complicated than it seems! Makes me laughh every time i look at it, i might have to print it out and put it on the wall in my office!

mel and adams shootbooth
Sometimes at a wedding ( or a function ) i get to set up my gear and do kind of a photo booth shoot style. With your guests. This slideshow is just a sample of some of the images that we got on the night.
( Unfortunately it doesnt quite fit nicely in the blog, but it still works. When i get time i will come back and try and make it look pretty! )

the wedding of gavin and marney

Gavin and Marney held their wedding ceremony at St. Michaels Cathedral, and their reception in a marquee on their parents property. The reception venue was one of the most beautiful I have ever photographed, there was so much attention to detail, and each detail was more beautiful than the last. Plus there was a chandelier and a pink themed candy bar. Unfortunately the weather was not as pretty, and had us running for cover on more than one occasion.

the wedding of melissa and adam

Melissa and Adam held their ceremony under cover at the MTC, where they also had their reception. The weather was not on our side on the day, but the bridal party didnt let it phase them a bit. I wish i had merit stickers to give out at the end! Even when we got back to reception and the rain paused and the sun came out, and I suggested we go out and try and get a couple of shots without rain, everyone was happy.

the wedding of rebecca and michael

Rebecca and Michael celebrated their wedding at The RSL Club, after their ceremony at
St. Michaels Cathedral. Although it looks warm and sunny, dont let the pix fool you, it was absolutely freezing on the day and the bridal party did an amazing job of ignoring the weather
( and the broken down wedding car ) and just having a great day.

the wedding of emma and jason

Emma and Jason celebrated their wedding in the town of Temora, which seems blessed with many great photo locations. I think Emma may go down in Skye Rocket history as the only bride so far who changed her facebook status during the photo session.
