adris crew

This is my good friend Adri's little girl Emily and her sisters kids. If you look closely you might see Hannah's leg cast. She had a huge stacker at the Skimboarding Championships and lost all chance of winning the championship.

I think I said something funny about cricket....

christmas countdown

Only two orders to go this year!

If you want your pics back before Christmas you need to have your orders in before the 22nd of November and at the absolute latest the 5th of December. After that no orders will be sent until next year.

Album orders are already closed for this year.

Cant believe its thats time of the year already... where did this year go?
The pic above is from a shoot done recently. With thirteen great dane puppies, the little dog in the santa suit, four kids, three adults and a humungous bull mastiff... Who said never work with chilren or animals? Post of those pics coming soon.

the ceeney family

Four plus one makes five and five is fabulous.

This shoot was challenging, five kids, all under three, me, the parents and grandma all in the studio at the same time. But it was fun! I love a challenge.
I was so excited to photograph quads and little Archie. Loved meeting you guys!

the miller family

Its not always a good day for pictures!

Playing with colour effects again.

We had to come up with a new strategy to keep Isabella on the right track,
but we got there in the end.

the wedding of adam and renee

I know Renee is waiting to see these so I thought I would pop them up between shoots ( just did two great teenageers and now have two little ones to do ).

This was a lovely wedding, we had done an engagement shoot together so I already knew about all the poses that Adam just refused to do! We made a stop on the main street to get some night shots, I love the glow on this one ( although I just noticed that Renee moved her arm so now looks like she has two! )
But my favourite is the one on the stairs. Renee just looks stunning.

oh la la!

I am just putting the finishing touches on Renee and Adams wedding and found this slightly weird shot I took as I finished. This is my new car. Shes a bit spunky. But for some reason I took this shot in almost pitch dark and then decided to play with it in photo shop. So now its a bit wacky.

But I got a new car! Anybody want to buy a much loved Hyndai Sonata?

i ne e d ch o c o l a t e !

ok i am in deep edit mode and think my brain may be melting.... i need chocolate.... and fresh air and sunshine... and.... and a million dollaras and a dinosaur... and a new mac...

mitchell turns one

What a cutie patootie. We had some fun with the football and then ate some cake. My dogs were so happy when they got some left over cake to eat! Mitchell was kind enough to share, but mainly cause he only wanted to eat the lollies and not the cake.

olivia's slideshow

this week

First thing Monday morning and I have just checked my diary. This week, to put it mildly, is somewhat insane. I have fifteen appointments booked in, which includes baby shoots, a boudoir shoot and family sittings, wedding viewings and ordering sessions. I also have to spend most of Thursday at the doctor, the dentist and a lady who will hopefully have some miracle answer to those few extra kilos I have been carrying around for a year or two now. At some stage I have to spend a large chunk of hours catching up on my book work too... And edit three weddings, a huge list of portrait shoots, design some albums, some sve the date magnets, thank you cards...

So please bear with me as I make it through this week, I have no more appointments available at all. I am doing my best to keep up with everything ( I had my first day off yesterday in over three weeks, and spent most of it trying to catch up on housework and a spot of shopping ).

As long as we have your orders in by the 5th of December we will get your prints back before Christmas. ( Album and card order dates are pretty much done ).

Enough chatting, I have to go and do some work!

the bousfield kids

These three did the best version of "sexy back" that I have ever seen. Seriously, it was awesome. Lots of smiles and funny faces.

the king family

This is probably one of my favourite family shots of late. I had some fun trying out some candy colour effects. These two kids were totally sweet to shoot, Angus was adorable and Mia was so cute, although she was much happier in her fairy dress than in her pretty red one.

the breen family

I know its not a traditional family portrait to have your eldest daughter doing star jumps in front of the camera, but its so fun...

the gibson family

We had a lovely walk through the trees, fought off a couple of million flies
and wished fervently that aeroguard worked better.
And this is what happens when I try to bribe little girls to come closer to the camera.
The bear got in the way...

james

Happy Birthday to James! He turned one on the day of our shoot. He gave all his smiles, especially the cute nose wrinkle ones, straight up. Spunky monkey!

the schultz family

This is Hunter in November 2005.

And this is his little brother in November 2007.

And that cute little boy on the right is Hunter now. They grow up so fast!

It was great to see these guys again, and the new addition to their family.

the wedding of lisa and guy

Lisa and Guy celebreated their wedding on my Mum's birthday ( happy birthday mum ) with their ceremony at St Andrews church and a reception at the RSL Club. It was a lovely day, Lisa and her bridesmaids had stunning blue and purple flowers and we got some great shots with the vintage cars. A beautiful day!

mal and clares engagement shoot

I had a ball shooting these two! I have known Mal for years, he used to be my boss while I was back at uni. The best boss ever! (I know he and Clare will be reading this! )
Cant wait for the wedding next year.
