Actually he's not as little as he used to be, he has grown so much, nearly doubled in his birthweight already. And what a cutie! Even my almost-sister-in-law thinks he's cute.

So technically I am still on holidays, but today I am working on my new price lists (which is no fun at all) and I was looking for ideas for a neat way to package my wedding price list and I found these sites. So I thought I would share.

Try kardella kreations , for invites and great little boxes with your name and personalised ribbon on them, they do nice invites too

This site has tons of bonbonniere, even little tiny chair place card holders

Pulp creative paper has an absolutely gorgeous store in manly, I spent an hour just looking at all that beautiful paper

Emma had the most stunning beaded gown, matched with sexy black shoes and red bridesmaids dresses. I love the detail on the cake.

Thanks to everyone who volunteered their kids for my studio displays, I have had heaps of responses and now have a portrait shoot booked for every night this week. So thanks! We have no more spots left at the moment, but we may need some more models next year so stay tuned.

And another thanks, to all my clients from this year, you have been fantastic! A big cheer to you all for letting me share in the most important days of your life, your families, your kids, even your pets. I have never been so busy and had so much fun.

It was a bit of a trek (melissa wore her ugh boots so she was comfy!) to get to this location by the river, but its so good to get out in the sunshine to get some great shots like this. Just something a little bit different.

we're closing for christmas

Skye Rocket Studio will be closing on Friday the 22nd of December until the 8th of January. Which is great, cause I really need a holiday!

WANTED your gorgeous kids!

I am moving to my new house/studio premises next month and am looking for child models to use for my studio displays. Your child will be photographed on location free of charge and I will supply you with one 13x18cm print from the shoot ( and you can always buy more! ).

The shoot must be done on location at a place of my choosing, and I also get to choose what they wear, because I want funky, colourful shots for the studio. The shoot will need to be done the week before Christmas or the first and second weeks of January and early evening (about six o'clock, for the best light at this time of year )

Fashion Fundraiser Shoot for Breast Cancer

How gorgeous are these girls? Every year in October I have a fashion shoot for Girls Night In to raise money for breast cancer research. We get Melissa to do make up and styling, everyone brings some drinks and nibblies and we get all glamorous for a good cause!

So thank you to Melissa, Fran, Leeanne, Laura and Lisa for their time and their smiles. We had a ball!

Melissa

Melissa is my make up artist and model as well. She's not supposed to model at this session, but I needed her to demonstrate how to be like an angry rock chick because I was trying to get Laura to do it and Laura can't do angry very well! Actually she couldnt do it at all, we just kept laughing. And the sunnies in the bottom one are actually Elvis sunnies that Melissa bought at Graceland. This girl has style!

(Shes not really smoking, we just pretended for the photo cause we wanted that trashy look. Not for the faint hearted!)

If anyone needs a make up artist I highly recommend Lissa. You get a make up artist and a stylist in one hot package! Contact me for details.

Lisa

This was the first time Lisa had been to our fashion fund raiser but you cant tell. And that's Puggsy, one of the three dogs that live with me at the moment. He loves having his photos taken, but he does bark at the flash a lot.

Laura

Laura is a party animal! What a funky gal. Laura also participated last year so she is like an expert now, and came equipped with the biggest block of chocolate i have ever seen, which she was kind enough to leave behind for me to eat.

Leeanne

Ok so one day when Craig and I get married (which is probably going to be never, sorry) Leeanne and I will be sisters-in-law. She is like the little sister I never had. And every time I take photos of her she does the "Smiddy Smile". Very frustrating! But this time I did it! Woo hoo! Ok so its still totally Smiddy but its definately an improvement.
